Epcot - Orlando, Florida

Epcot was one of our favorite places we visited during this visit. We particularly liked the walk around the lake where various countries were featured and showcased their international culture with food, drink, dance and local music.

We returned for a second night, strolling the streets and enjoying the feeling of the park and the warm weather.

Around the lake several areas featured movies of the featured country with cultural artifacts displayed in their waiting rooms.

With a little imagination, you could picture yourself in some far-away land...

Princesses from Disney movies were on hand throughout all the parks. It was fun to watch the children cautiously approach and ask for autographs.

Away from the international culture area, the park is full of displays celebrating human achievement, technical innovation, and theme-park rides.

Nothing like starting your day in Florida and ending up in Japan.
